How to live healthy

  • Pitta Dosha:
  • Composed of fire and water elements.
    • Governs digestion, metabolism, intelligence, and body temperature regulation.
    • When imbalanced, may lead to symptoms such as acid reflux, inflammation, irritability, skin rashes, and indigestion.

  • Eat cooling, hydrating foods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs.
    • Avoid spicy, oily, and processed foods.
    • Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the day.

    • Practice moderation in work, exercise, and exposure to heat.
  • Kapha Dosha:
  • Composed of water and earth elements.
    • Governs stability, strength, lubrication, immunity, and tissue building.
    • When imbalanced, may lead to symptoms such as lethargy, weight gain, congestion, sluggish digestion, and attachment.

  • Engage in regular exercise to stimulate circulation and metabolism.
    • Eat light, warm, and easily digestible foods.
    • Include pungent, bitter, and astringent tastes in your diet to counterbalance heaviness.
    • Maintain a regular exercise routine to promote movement and vitality.
    • Cultivate enthusiasm, variety, and stimulation in daily activities.
